The Chem Master® XLPE is a hose designed for the transfer of chemicals in a variety of applications including tank trucks, barges, ships, or storage tanks. It represents an excellent solution for use in a wide range of industries, as it can handle over 950 different chemical components and withstand fluid temperatures of up to 121 °C (depending on the chemical involved). This hose uses a modified cross-linked polyethylene tube stock and stainless steel fittings to ensure a tight seal, while the wire helix guarantees full suction capability and flexibility required for narrow bends. It can be cleaned using a CIP method, “open end” 50 PSI steam, or in a bath heated to 100 °C with NaOH content of 10%.
