Type Z rotating joints from Johnson-Fluiten are intended for high temperature lubricant applications, steam and water. The joint is underpinned by two interior carbon guides and can run up to 1000 RPM and 350°c. The exclusive antimony impregnated carbon seal ring is in compressed sealing against the stainless steel niple and seal plate.

This seal bundle provides a durable and low upkeep rotating joint. The nipple and seal plate are machined on CNC hardware mounted on a manufactured stone baseplate. This takes into account negligible vibrations and excellent machining that can't be accomplished with customary machining centers. The type Z revolving joint is accessible in sizes from 19 mm to 102 mm with both flanged and threaded connections. The working parameters include - sizes ranging from 19 mm to 202 mm (3/4" to 4"), pressure of upto 35 bar (510 psig), temperature of 350°c (650°f) and speed Up to 1000 RPM.
