Arc or spot welding applications faces the threat of tubing erosion from sparks and weld spatter. Our new three layer flame resistant tube, Series TRTU, now offers tubing protection. The R&D department of the company developed a unique triple layer approach to the tubing design, making it ideal for automotive manufacturing industry, fit for use with both air and water.

The internal polyurethane tube is shielded by a middle layer of aluminium laminated film which is in turn covered by an outer layer of flame-retardant polyolefin according to UL-94 Standard V-O. These tubes are meant to be used with Series KR-W2 flame resistant or Series KQB2 metal one-touch fittings.

This series is offered in six color options as well as varying inner tube outside dimensions of 6, 8, 10 and 12.
