The Verderflex ROLLIT robust unit is designed for industrial applications, which excel in pumping viscous, abrasive solid-laden, high S.G. media and where the process line requires good suction lift and may run dry intermittently. Typically, ROLLIT pumps would be installed where there is a need for higher flow, medium pressure requirements.

The rollit series is a standard, single-head model with a flow rate of up to 12500 l/h, offering a choice of 2 bar or 4 bar discharge pressures.


Applications:- Chemical Industry

Pumping media:

- acids
- leachings
- suspensions
- aggressive media;
- the medium only contacts the hose.

Applications:-Printing Industry

Pumping media:
- pigments
- emulsion paints
- flexographic inks
- gentle pumping because of minimal shear forces; no expansion of paints and no increase of temperature;
- abrasive media;
- easy cleaning.

Pumping of print colours

Problem
- shear forces cause bad print quality because of foaming and bubbles and increased temperature of media.

Advantages with hose pumps
- no shear forces and therefore no foaming and bubbles and no warming.

Additional advantages with roller pumps
- fast hose replacement and easy cleaning at change of colours.
