The SPM® QEM 3000high-capacity frac pump is a true continuous duty quintuplex stimulation pump, designed to handle operation at 275,000 pound of rod load 100% of the time. It offers enhanced structural rigidity through an engineered skid and gearbox with double helical gears to reduce thrust loading.

The segmented frame plates dramatically extend component life, while a special dual-pressure lubrication system helps prevent premature component failure. The SPM® QEM 3000 pump is designed to keep more assets on location to improve efficiency and the bottom line.
