Alpha Q 352 is a modular, cranable and stackable multi process pulse arc MIG/MAG welding machine that is capable of being controlled from the front. It is also possible to set up the welding machine through PC300.NET software via PC or RC300 and thus allowing the standard interface for automated welding that include functions such as start/stop, control voltage, current flow etc.Additionally there are other optional interface available too, which include RINT X12 interface,BUSINT X11 industrial bus interface,PCINT X10 documentation interface and WELDQAS monitoring and documentation system.
These interfaces are capable of adjusting the parameters such as 256 welding tasks each with 16 programs in program mode or wire speed, arc length correction and arc dynamics via control voltage. The device that is gas cooled or occasionally water cooled reserves high power for enabling longer intermediate hose packages that may be 70mm² upto 30 m and 95mm² up to 40 m. These are optimized for automated applications because of their unique second generation digital system for reproducible welding results of the highest possible quality and are ideal for automated and mechanized applications.
