The Rotolab is a bench top high shear granulator and single pot processor. The machine allows the entire process of any type of product, from loading of raw materials to discharge of dry granules, to be carried out in a single, contained bowl, thus eliminating contact between product, operator and environment.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- Dust free production and reduced risk of cross contamination.
- Tilting system of the bowl during the drying phase for a gentle treatment of granules and to shorten the drying time due to the increased surface available for heat exchange.
- GA.ST system to accelerate over again the drying time by injecting an inert gas through the product mass to enhance evaporation, reducing drying time up to 50%.
- Suitable for solvent based granulation.
- Suitable for containment isolator.
