RELIABLE AND STABLE CSD PREPARATION - Designed for extremely demanding clients, the MIXJET EVOLUTION guarantees reliability, user friendliness, and product stability in a completely automatic way even in critical production conditions. All this thanks to flow meters and automatic modulating valves controlled by the PLC. The deaeration system with high efficiency CO2 flux (with vacuum pump upon request) enables residual oxygen levels in the product to be kept under 1 ppm.
