Mesto Mineral Attrition Scrubbing Machines are extremely efficient machines for scrubbing particles with densities up to 80%. The two opposite Helix type propellers are mounted on a shaft within the tank, and generates enough force to continuously push the particles against each other inside the shaft, which are attached either to a gearbox or spindle bearing drives. It has a higher efficiency rate for denser substances due to the higher frequency of grain contact. Then the opening in each cell, which ranges from two to six and ranges in volume from 4 to 9900 liters, allows pulp to flow to the machine. However, other cell arrangements can also be supplied with the machine.
