The Nordson Auto-Flo Valves offer an accurate deposition and control for applications which need uniform bead and spray patterns as well as sharp material cut-off because of the automatic on/off valve. The valves are able to deal with a broad range of high-performance, high-viscosity sealants and adhesives which have viscosities up to 3,000,000 cps. These include grease, mastics, plastisols, RTV silicones, urethanes, weldable sealers, epoxies and weldable/expander sealers.

The Nordson Auto-Flo dispensing valves are supplied with operating pressures up to 5,000 psi.

It features a precision design for single or manifold mounting applications. The quick-change packing cartridge can be replaced easily without the need to be removed from the automation. Versions available include extrude/stream/swirl version, zero cavity, spray, anti-drool, and airless spray.
