The MechaTron® Coni-Flex is a feeding solution that is used in dispensing free to moderate flowing bulk solids. It can operate within +/- 0.5% accuracy while maintaining its feeding rate . It has convenient and simple configuration settings that cane be assembled manually.

The cost efficient feed hopper is adaptable to changes and equipped with an axially symmetrical inlet container, outer discharging support and versatile wall. These components provide a stable flow of the work pieces in the feed hopper and reduces deposits as well as any bridging circumstances.

The machine is gravimetric and at the same time volumetric, thus, its components can be interchanged and cleaned from the rear. Also, it is integrated with DISOCONT® management electronics and feeding system that reduces the operation costs.
