The MechaTron® Min is a gravimetric loss-in-weight feeder that is flexible and ideal for very small volumes. The requirements met by this feeder include elevated accuracy and reliability. This solution offered by Schenck Process is the equivalent of the large MechaTron in compact form.

Typical applications include lab and testing facilities for mill, mixer and granulator feeding. Maintaining, cleaning and changing the discharge devices are easy processes thanks to the intelligent modular design. There are two hoppers available to suit a broad range of products and the rate of delivery is between 100g and 10kg every hour. Additional features include the vertical base agitator and double shaft.
