MechaTron® Coni-Steel® Vibratory Feeder is a gravimetric feeding unit that has maintenance-free vibratory discharge. It is the perfect problem solver and features unique characteristics. This unit comes with a maintenance-free feeding chute. This ensures that there areoptimal mechanical conditions for greater feeding quality of bulk solids; this is linked to the special design of the material chute. With lower energy inputs, bulk solids can be gently handled. Higher adjustment ranges (up to 1:80) for the Feed Rate shoots seeds and exceeds the performance of the screw feeder. Additional features include garvimetric and volumetric feeding for bulk solids, free flowing grits, pellets, granules, chips, and fiber advantages.
