AG90 Angle Heads from KAISER have a fixed 90° spindle angle allowing vertical and horizontal operations in a single machine. Similar to BIG-PLUS® shank for SK & BT versions its compact design reduces overhang to provide rigidity and strength. Thus, it eliminates the risks of potential errors created by multiple setups improving accuracy. This enhances productivity that can be easily acquired by changing the angle of the cutter while utilizing the original workpiece setup. Available in three versions NBS Type, HMC Type and Build-Up Type it supports wide range of tapers, lengths and designs along with easy and precise setting of cutter directions. Its advanced non-contact seal prevents coolant and particle contamination with unique coolant jacket. It permits automatic tool change with w/stop block. The Build-Up Type can be additionally equipped with various adapters for multiple operations.
