The exceptionally flexible Kennametal Extrude Hone VECTOR Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) system is able to polish large extrusion and forming dies as well as the polishing and deburring of precision small parts in small to medium batch quantities.

In order to meet specific production requirements, a broad selection of available media cylinder diameters provide a wide choice of pressure ranges. Years of reliable service are provided by the VECTOR due to it being easy to maintain and having a robust and ergonomic design. Large components and tooling are accommodated in the large work envelope.

An easy-to-use touch screen operator interface is a standard feature of the VECTOR. This monitors and saves all major processing data. A generous range of process pressures is delivered by the standard 10 hp hydraulic power unit. A standard AUTOFLOW Advanced Control is also incorporated.
