Kaindl's Diamond Disk (coarse/fine TIN 110 mm with 9-mm shaft) is part of the company's product line of sharpening tools. This device is integrated with a double-sided diamond coating, and a diamond coating. The titanium coating enhances overall service lifespan of the diamond grit, while simultaneously minimizing the "Carbon Diffusion" rate when grinding steel materials. It minimizes overall heat generation.

The Kaindl Diamond Disk's diamond coating has two sides. The coarse side of the disk allows shape correction. It also permits fixing of possible damages to the cutting edges. The fine side is utilized for finishing the cutting edge of the fine burnishing.
