The price performance ratio such us this has never been able to render a fine performance but the couple of BD 300-L machining stations, each with five brush tools,proves that an excellent performance can now surely be achieved in this ratio.
The machine ensures constant and optimal deburring results owing to its perfect transformation ratio between brushes and head.In the situations where a cost-effective machining is desirable, the BD 300-L is an ideal option as it efficiently takes care of punched and precision cut parts, valve plates and precision work pieces allowing both flexible single-part production and production of small to medium series.The deburring system provides options for either stand-alone solutions or as semi and fully automated setups combined with any other PETER WOLTERS machine for increased productivity.
