The iGrinder G5 is a grinding machine manufactured by Makino. It has a complete 5-axis machine, B-axis of .5/1.5 sec, C-axis at 100rpm, 60-tool automatic tool changer that can accommodate grinding wheel with diameter of up to 8.7 inch. Integrated with a special 2-axis coolant nozzle, it can handle different cutting directions and can enable intermittent rotary dressing. Additionally, it has one-piece X , Y and Z-covers, tested 1-series tool changing systems, and 10 micron cyclonic secondary filtration.

The iGrinder G5 stepped column built allows it to deliver excellent rigidity and speed, large LM guides, and a reduced column weight.
