DEBURRING IS A WAY TO CLEAN SURFACES.
Deburring is a method of cleaning the surface very softly but very efficiently by dropping the items into a PU or rubber coated bowl (5. years guarantee on the lining). This type of lining inside the bowl secures that the items will not suffer any impact damages during the process. The bowl has to be filled with chips (media) which could be porcelain, plastic or steel balls together with compound and water. When the process is running the chips debur the items and cleans or polishes the surface depending on the process selected.

The choice of chips is the most importing thing in connecting with deburring items. The result is depending on the right choice of chips due to the different shapes and sizes of the items to be deburred. If the chips i.e. are too small and there are hulls in the items it could end up with chips sticking in the hulls, these are very difficult to remove and it has to be done manually.
