5-axis polishing machine / CNC / for precision optics / spherical

The GI-AP manufactured by SATISLOH® is a 5-axis polishing center for aspheric polishing. It is equipped with an aspheric pre- and restorative polishing in a single machine. It is feasible to correct 2D and 2+D with Satisloh ADAPT- Software with precise repair algorithm for lenses up to Ø 500 mm depending on aspherical shape. Its machine base is made out of polymer concrete with sealed working chamber and exact cooling of all axes and drives that ensure high rates in damping and repeatable form perfection.

This product features direct-driven motor spindles, and integrated probe to measure the width of the center, a firm and repeatable form precision and a quick set-up.
