Centre-less grinding machines C 250 are intended for accurate and powerful grinding of outer cylindrical surfaces in serial and mass production with possibility of recess (shape) or continuous grinding. By their concept of firm grinding wheel head and moving stand of support liner and in-feed headstock they are suitable particularly for shorter and smaller workpieces. The grinding machines have both-side housed head of grinding and in-feed wheel with constant cut speed and they feature high rigidity in tool part. They feature the position measurement system in all controlled axes, precise diagnostic of moment situation incl. immediate localization of eventual machine failure, remote diagnostics. They enable very quick and exact re-adjustment of grinding machine for other type and size of workpiece. They are completely covered and occupy minimal built-up area. Due to their operation flexibility they enable solution of even the most complex tasks with extreme requirements for accuracy, power and flexibility of production.
