These types of machines were originally developed for polishing car parts and wheels. The result is a mid-sized but small volume compact machine, because work bowl, operating panel and dosing station are combined to a system. The working volume on the inside is -Ø 750 mm, the usable height is 600 mm. The special advantage: Typical hand-work isn´t necessary.
The other advantages of such a system are: Cleaning, grinding, polishing in one machine, no change in the structure of the work piece, highly effective preparation of worn out shapes and repeatable operation. The compact system is suited for 24-hour work, too!
The work on the part is done by vibrating media & fluid compounds. In this wet method, water and compound are flowing into the machine at the same time. The media, which is suited for the structure & material of your work piece, guarantees the optimum solution at maximum productivity. Caring for the individual needs of the user, Walther Trowal offers a first sampling inspection in our test lab for interested companies. There, all process-relevant parameters will be estimated from your work piece, tested and the results will be given to you afterwards. Since these parameters are exactly repeatable, the MV-Series offers a great alternative to hand-work. Extreme smoothness in corners– even on complex work pieces & areas difficult to reach, can be accomplished at high quality, precisely and with extreme sensitivity.
