The Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System from Anton Paar is designed to provide an accurate analysis to produce high-quality beer. It is capable of producing reliable measures of alcohol content of all types of beers.

This analyzer incorporates the DMA 4500M or DMA 5000M density meter, the Alcolyzer Beer ME measuring instrument, and the Xsample 122 sample changer. It adapts the NIR measuring principle that removes the effect of the constituents on the alcohol measurement.
