The Cobrix 5 is an on-line beverage analyzer or measuring system developed by Anton Paar. It is specifically made to cater the industries of beverages and beers. Aside from measuring brix and CO2 concentration, it is also capable of measuring other parameters. The parameters include alcohol content, sugar inversion, and real/apparent extract. Optionally, it can also measure conductivity, color and oxygen content. Versions such as bypass and inline are available.
