X-ray diffractometer / for powders

The STOE Stadi P Combi is a diffractometer designed to give an combinatorial and high throughput analysis in transmission geometry. This device has a 96-fold sample stage that has a user definable x/y grid for various slide-in sample holders. It is combined with the various advantages of the STADI P system. Furthermore, the diffractometer has primary monochromator optic and linear wire PSD, IP-PSD, and MYTHEN 1K detectors.
