The CW-800 model is manufactured by Eltra, and is an analyzer system that is intended for precise, simultaneous determination of carbon dioxide and water in solids from trace level up to 70%. It is attached with a resistance furnace with quartz tube for sample oxidation and can offer temperature up to 1000°C.

The unit is a very sensitive, reliable and ensures a long service life, which can be customized according to the user's requirement. There are two infrared cells that can be combined independently and permit for highly precise measurement of CO2 and H2O.

The solid state infrared absorption is the detection unit of the unit, and has a 1 or 2 IR cells with typical analysis time of 2 to 3 min.
