sample storage carousel for on-line sampling

The Rotary Sample Collecting Carousel is used for the mechanical collection and storage of a number of discrete sample increments in single containers.

The machine can be separated into the housing, the rotating mechanism incorporating turntable and swivel bearing, and the geared motor assembly with ball bearing and Oldham coupling.

For the needs of a specific application to be met, the number of containers and holding capacity is selected.

To be able to access the sample containers for removal and replacement, the hinged access corrs on one side will be the only entrance. For maintenance purposes, all the side panels may be removed.

The turntable travel is eneded by the action of the magnetic brake on the motor drive assembly, started by a proximity switch.
