solids sampler / for conveyor belts

The PCB Cross Belt Sampler is manufactured by Eriez®, and is a unit that acquires typical granular material sample directly through a moving trough belt type conveyor. It has a motion that is in one direction in which it cleanly sweeps the belt and the material into a fixed type collection chute position and dispensed it at the trough belt conveyor side.

There is a sample cutter that is attached in a shaft drive which is carried in bearings, mounted on a base-frame channel section. It has a support structure that is fixed to the conveyor stringers. It features a direct belt sample that is constructed in stainless steel material with wall-mounted controls.

The unit is designed for all types of granular material operation that is capable of a 1 of every 15 seconds primary increments high frequency operation.
