X-ray fluorescence is a measuring instrument which is used for manual or automated coating thickness on functional coatings, corrosion, safety coatings and parts produced in bulk. It’s a durable instrument which is well suited for structure sizes starting at 1mm and the measurements of coating thickness, even at huge measuring distances (DCM, stroke 0-80 mm).

X-ray fluorescence has fixed aperture and filter and a huge spacious chamber with a cutout for measurement. It also has standard X-ray and proportional counter tube. It also comes with programmable stage for automated measurements.

X-ray fluorescence is majorly used in bath analysis of electroplating, gold, jewelry and watch industries.
