ANOTEST® YMP30-S is a tester for checking sealing quality on anodic coating on aluminum which is a chief element for weather resistance. ANOTEST® YMP30-S also measures the admittance Y of the anodic oxide coating confirming to DIN EN 12 373-5 and ASTM B 457-67.

ANOTEST® YMP30-S has the measuring range of 3 – 200 µS, with test cell diameter of 13 mm. The sealing quality of the coating should also be measured when measuring thickness of film. Detecting the weather resistance of a finish is the reason for measuring the sealing quality.

ANOTEST® YMP30-S is also used for measurements on designed anodic finished, anodic finishes which are used in construction arena.
