SAFAS Monaco presents SAFAS Xenius XC cuvette spectrofluorometer. This device offers excellent performance and sensitivity. It features advanced technologies and high quality optics, which allow it to reach extraordinary sensitivity levels. It can handle the most challenging applications like scattering, turbid, cells suspensions, concentrated, etc. For a majority of applications, it can operate with an open sample compartment, thus eliminating the disadvantages of a flash lamp. Xenius XC provides scan speeds of up to 7000nm/minute. This allows it to achieve excitation, emission, synchronous and 3D spectra along with several data processing tasks.
In 1959, SAFAS launched the first spectrofluorometer in the world with grating monochromators. This was a major discovery in spectroscopy. Similarly, Xenius is an advancement, which is probably equally significant as the 1959 discovery. It provides various options. It can accept 10 stirred and temperature-controlled cuvettes. Kinetics can be achieved on 10 cuvettes and at up to 10 wavelengths. It can get HPLC studies. It also allows attaching automatic polarizers for measuring fluorescence anisotropy.
