Data logger for recording temperature values, conceived for the functioning without the e external probes and without any sort of connection. The device is in a box with the following dimensions 70x58x35 mm., completely stopped, within which there is a temperature sensor, all the necessary electronic, long duration lithium battery (reading precision of about 0.1°C). a software base is included for connecting the portable device with a PC; in this way it will e possible to set the recording parameters in a personalised manner and download all the recorded data, developing tables or diagram’s for printing.
