fiber optic probe / for process spectrometers

The TOP 200 is manufactured by Instrument Systems, and is an optical fiber probe for process spectrometer, or for the testing of displays and panel graphics. It is an enhanced version, based Pritchard style optics with an integrated alignment camera. All functions are controlled via software, and manual operation not required except for focus adjustment.

The probe has a multimode fiber, which serves as the light guide. It also has a patented mode mixer that guarantees consistent transmission through the fiber. Observation, monitoring and measurement occur simultaneously, then the generated image is automatically imported via SpecWin Pro software, and measurement results are also stored.

Other features include 6 different measurement spot sizes, internal alignment camera, smallest measurement spot 80 µm, and the optional test subject illumination.
