The DEA 288 Epsilon is a dielectric analyzer used in optimizing curing processes. This device from Netzsch permits operation in various test conditions, such as heat, cold, humidity or UV light. This allows the consumer to conveniently identify the correct parameters for processing the material. This device also features a practical set-up for sample handling. The equipment can use similar sample amount and geometry as used in the real process. Various practical operations may be performed by applying different range of available sensors. These operations include spray coating on thin films, positioning of the sensor between the layers of a prepreg, dipping of the sensor in a liquid, and spreading of low-or medium viscosity materials. The device uses Proteus® software that ensures a complete analysis.
