The LUXELL 128 is manufactured by New Infrared Technologies, S.L. It is an electronic module for optical MWIR spectrometry, with an uncooled linear array, which allows the measurement of 5000 spectral lines per second. It has a spectral linear filter, with a variable bandpass from 2.995 microns to 4.6 microns, and spectral resolution of 60 nm/px.

Features of the LUXELL 128 includes an adjustable integration time, data communications via Ethernet interface at a speed of 100 Mbps. It comes with an acquisition and visualization software (Windows version). There are also available optics, but sold separately. The spectral measurement range is 3.0 to 4.6 µm.

The main applications of the LUXELL 128 includes gas detection and characterization, plastic classification, modified atmosphere packaging studies, and food industry.
