The MIVI 9731 is a thermoset manufactured by Sofraser. It is suitable for use in measuring on-line viscosity of any fluid at a required reference temperature.

The unit permanently draws the fluid from the process, to achieve the required constant temperature and measured viscosity. It operates with a maximum temperature of 200°C at the cell, and an inlet pressure of 16 bar. The equipment features an outlet pressure range within 40 bar to 120 bar, depending on product viscosity. It performs measurements within the range of -1 mPa.s to 100 mPa.s, 10 mPa.s to 1000 mPa.s, or 100 mPa.s to 10 000 mPa.s.

The thermoset is structured in a small size, with a simple and rugged construction. It requires low maintenance, and does not require additional installation.
