The TresCon® OA 110 is an analyzer module that is ideal for use in a steady regulation of ammonium, and is carried out corresponding to the potentiometric gauging principle with the use of a gas-sensitive NH3 electrode. Sodium hydroxide is combined with the thermostatted sample to modify the ammonium dissolved in the medium into an undissociated ammonia gas. The gaseous ammonia modified the pH recorded by the gauging electrode. The modification is a direct measure of the ammonium concentrate in the sample.
