The concentrations of SO2, NO, CH4, CO2, CO and O2 components in sample gas are measured by the IR400 infrared gas analyzer. The nondispersion infrared method (NDIR) is used to measure NO, SO2, CO, CO2 and CH4 while either the built-in type paramagnetic method sensor or an external mount-type zirconia method sensor can be used to measure the O2. A maximum of 5 components can be measured simultaneously including O2 (4 components max. except for O2 measurement).
The measurement is hardly affected by interfering components due to the high sensitivity and reliability of the mass flow twin detector included in the infrared ray method detection unit. The IR400 also includes a microprocessor and large-size liquid crystal display. These offer high accuracy, easy operation and multiple functions.
