The V2 sondes represent a proven generation of multi-parameter sondes from YSI. Perfect for harsh fouling environments, YSI's optical sensors feature an integrated wiper that prevents the impacts of biofouling, a corrosion-resistant titanium wiper shaft, and replaceable seals.

The 6820 V2-2 comes standard with RS-232 and SDI-12 communications and easily interfaces with YSI EcoNet and other data collection platforms for long-term deployment, or a YSI 650 Multiparameter Display System for sampling. The 6820 V2-2 requires an external power source for unattended sampling.​
