electro-permanent lifting magnet / battery-operated

The electropermanent Battery Magnet specifically for large plates. The magnet is automatically activated as soon as the crane chain is released.

Field of Application:
- For flat material
- For thin and thick and small and large sheets
- For operations on spreader beams with several magnets useable
- For raw materials, semi-finished and finished materials
- In machinery builders, shipyards, steel construction and fabrication, cutting and laser operation, steel distribution centers

- Magnetizing and demagnetizing automatically (=automode)
- Scaled and oxidised surfaces, also raw and oily surfaces are problem-free
- Singling of plates and sheets and energy saving by adhesive force regulation in 4 steps
- There is no current flow by lifting process (only pulse power by magnetizing and demagnetizing)
- Applicable in more shift operation since approx. 300 circuits are possible
