bag impulse sealer / pedal-operated

The Industrial sealer is an easy to operate, heavy-duty sealer for packing all kind of products. The sealer is pneumatically operated and requires conncetion to a compressed air supply with 6 Bar pressure. The sealing and cooling time are controlled by potentiometers and the machine is activated via a foot pedal. The Audion industrial sealers are available in different sizes to suit bag widths of up to 1300 mm.


The sealing bars are both heated and can be positioned vertically and horizontally with four positions in between, to suit the working position. All modern packing materials can be used from polyethylene, polypropylene and all kind of laminates. The machine is supplied on wheels for ease of manoeuvrability.


General operation
The bag containing product is placed between the open sealing jaws. By pressing the foot pedal the sealing bars close and automatically activate the sealing cycle. After sealing, the sealing bars open and the sealed bag can be removed.
