The Ballerstaedt BaCo 1800 is a completely automated foil stockpiling and fastening machine that is ideal for boxes of up to 110 mm in diameter and 200 mm in height. It has an output of up to 1,800 jars an hour that can be consistently modified through frequency regulated electrical drive. This machine consists of Baco 1800 Mobile base frame Feed conveyor with feed regulation for plastic, glass or sheet metal boxed as well as glass or plastic bottles. Additionally, there is a simultaneous star wheel stand with receptacles for boxes as form pieces and a modifiable exterior ring that is 30 mm to 110 mm in diameter

Moreover, it comprises of a pneumatically driven foil dischargers with an accurate and no-maintenance 180° remote gear for elimination of seals and applying them to the sealing border.
