The Polymat Varioseal from Ballerstaedy is a semi-automatic contact sealing machine for a cost-efficient sealing of plastic and glass containers.

This machine has an electro-pneumatic design and operates in high pressure that is important in glass sealing operations. It has a step-free height adjustment and a stop to center the container. It also has a user-friendly digital control that has 4 storage positions for sealing parameter programs. It also has a breakdown warning in case of errors.

Furthermore., the Polymat Varioseal runs on a power supply with 230 V, 50/50 Hz of power. It also works at a pressure of 4 bar and operates at a rate of 700 units/h.
