VFFS bagging machine / flow wrapper / high-speed / automatic

A high-performance capable machine able to independently discipline the tension of the wrapping material for every lane. This is credited to an exclusive double servomotor system which pulls the material as there is no pulling movement of the sealing jaws. There is precise and separate thermal control for every lane, traditional sealing is more likely at present with an upgrade to pulse sealing possible in the future. A standard pillow bag shape with optional gusseting and squared bottom could be available in the near future. The present speed of 40-80 cycles/min for nearly 160-480 bags/min/total varying with size, type and quality of the wrapping component and bag shape. The upper machine layout is customized for the integration of a vast range of dosing systems like oscillating cups, auger, rotary volumetric for powder or piston pump, cip piston pump, cip for fluids and counting systems, weighing systems for solid structures.
