The R 1000 motorized conveyor has a cap crimping station with an automatic bottle hold and centering system. It also has an automatic capsule dispenser with a multiformat centering device. The machine is outfitted with motorized height setting of the label dispensers, digital display and is able to apply up to 3 labels simultaneously.

The motorized conveyor is built on a stainless steel frame, outfitted with blue side panels in which the electrics & electronics is integrated. A rotating reception table is built at the outlet of the conveyor to collect the labelled bottles.
