Automatic labelling machine to apply one or two self-adhesive labels on cylindrical items of any kind.
Very multivalent, it allows the labelling of bottles as well as jars, pots, tubes, cartridges, cans, however a large range of products.
This automatic labelling machine to be installed on a table includes:
A motorized conveyor with an anodized aluminium profile receiving an acetal slate band width 82,5 mm
1 or 2 label dispensers to apply one label or front and back label according to the machine configuration
A product pusher industry with changeable rolls with the possibility to label products with Ø between 35 and 60 mm or Ø between 40 and 110 mm according to the diameter rolls
A rectangular recollection table at the outlet
Machine controlled and managed through a digital display.
Machine working with single phased electrical supply 220 V 50 HZ
The machine may be outfitted with special detection cells for the positioning of the labels taking the reference from a design, a notch, a label, a welding (on cans or sprays) a special mark and with a label gap detection cell for transparent labels.
Label sizes : width mini 25 mm to full wrap around 360° (the quality of the paper has to be chosen according to this application), on every kind of material (pet, pvc, glass, metal, cardboard)
Standard labelling height up to 180 mm.
The machine can be outfitted with an inkjet marker to print on the labels
The machine allows, according to the operator from 600 to 800 labelling per hour.
The machine can be delivered with a stand built o wheels.
