The TDF 500 series, manufactured by Colimatic, is a range of tray sealers made for closing aluminum or plastic containers. It can hold a complex laquer-coated aluminum or plain aluminum foil, polyethylene-coated paper or PET/PE.

To cut the upper film, the sealers are equipped with a die-cutting device. They also consist of a range of front units for controlling parameters like temperature, time and pressure. The machines may have an optional unit for packing, vacuum packing and a photo-electric cell.

The series feature totally automated cutting, film sealing and feed operations.

The size of the sealers can go approximately up to 410 x 350 x 140 (maximum height). The flow rate of the vacuum pump is 50 m3/h.
