The FSC50 Combination Filling & Screw Capping Machine is a compact; single indexing, intermittent motion machine which will feed, fill, and screw cap. The unit is easy to set up and operate and comes with a built-in rotary unscrambling table, vibratory bowl, cap feeder no-container/no-fill mechanism and bottom-up filling. Cozzoli's patented filling system provides volumetric accuracy of +/- 0.5 percent and features a drawback mechanism to eliminate hanging drops at the end of the fill cycle. The liquid contact parts are easy to dismantle for cleaning and sanitizing.
