Based upon the Cozzoli CR200/400 family of high speed pharmaceutical design filling monoblocks, the indexing-motion check weigh model CR200i/CWS offers speeds of 60-70 vials per minute. Production and cost-saving features include a compact machine footprint and continuous control of the vial for fill, weigh and stoppering functions. The machine is designed for quick and easy changeovers. The peristaltic fillers offer a volumetric accuracy of better than +/- 1% with fills from 1ml to 2.5ml
