The Embatherm TME160 Heat-sealer, specifically designed for heat-sealing of aluminum caps on plastic and glass packaging, is generally made out of the following components: a control and regulation box, a power supply for induction sealing (if chosen), an adjustable height frame and finally, a pneumatic-controlled heating head adapted to the container's size. In addition, the heatsealing parameters of this equipment, namely time, pressure and temperature/power, are directly projected and can be customized at the control box in a hassle-free manner.

Particularly conceived for small scale production and laboratory tests, this space-efficient machine is convenient, portable and can effortlessly installed.

As additional components, various parts are available such as the specific tools (weld pieces, jar supports and centering systems) and complementary equipment (trolley and control pedal).
